Denis Simon, featured speaker at Center for Technology in Government Conference  

SUNY Albany's 'Center for Technology in Government' held its First Annual Institute on International Digital Government Research in July in New York City. One of the major activities of CTG is building and sustaining an international digital government research community. The Institute is a vehicle for exploring the challenges and implications of international research themes and methods as well as an opportunity for students to establish long-term professional relationships leading to future cross-national research collaborations. The Institute involves participants from 15 universities, 10 countries, and 6 academic disciplines.

First day speakers included Denis Simon, Provost of the Levin Institute who drew on his 30 years of experience in international research in Asia.
